This is a Full Time Unpaid Internship
This intern will assist with the creation and execution of the 35 theme ticketed events and 35 Game Day promotional item distribution. Also, assist with the fulfillment of certain elements in the corporate partners’ contracts.
Essential Functions of the Job:
• Assist in executing “detail” which entails promotional items being placed at the gates and around the building prior to gates opening; informing staff with the number that should be at each gate and distributing internally.
• Assist with creation and execution of Theme Nights.
• Assist Corporate Sales and Marketing Account Executives and Coordinators with day to day efforts.
• Assist in executing sponsorship elements/promotions, such as Budweiser Bash (Tuesdays) and Great Clips PA for a Day (weekends).
• Assist in hosting field visits, ceremonies and first pitches on a regular basis.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience:
• Current enrollment in an accredited program at a College or University required, at least Junior year.
• Experience in marketing, sports industry, entertainment and/or customer service preferred.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office, Outlook, etc.).
• Ability to stand on feet and walk comfortably for long periods of time
• Ability to lift, push, etc. for event set up and gate give-aways.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
