Full Time Job
We are currently hiring for the full-time entry level position of Talent Coordinator in our Los Angeles office. This position is responsible for coordinating new talent/model recruitment, talent development (model portfolios, headshots etc.) and administration (contracts, profile updates). The Talent Coordinator will also serve as the primary point of contact for ongoing talent relations. The role is also responsible for social media marketing (regular blog posts, newsletters, social media).
Required Skills and Experience:
~ Relevant professional experience working with models/talent or in the creative industry (casting, commercial production, photography, styling etc).
~ A working knowledge of the model and talent industry.
~ A strong creative eye for photography, styling, and commercial talent.
~ Experience managing or contributing to social media marketing in a professional setting.
~ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
~ Exceptional organizational and time/task management skills.
~ Experience using image editing software such as Adobe Photoshop.
~ Comfortable with multi-tasking under pressure and being proactive to resolve issues with a high level of customer service.
~ Outgoing, positive, and team player attitude.
~ Be located in the Los Angeles area.
