• Fill in for 2nd/3rd shift Display Systems manager as needed.
• Coordinates with departmental managers and leadership to quickly address unresolved issues that arise in a brand-new venue, and to subsequently participate in debriefs to explore updates to departmental roles and responsibilities.
• Create Standard Operating Procedures, training guides, and accurate and continually updated documentation.
• Assist in planning and documenting department operational and capital budgets.
• Maintain accurate records of work and maintenance activities.
What do you need to succeed?

• 10 years experience in high profile live production environments, including theatrical, concerts, sports, and awards shows.
• Extensive knowledge of LED products from various manufacturers.
• Working expertise in gamma, bit depth, video signal analysis, chroma sub-sampling, video compression and artifacts.
• Ideal candidate has experience working in 3D space, with thorough knowledge of warping, ST maps, OBJ files, etc.
• Ideal candidate has substantial experience with projectors and projector blending.
• Experience with electronics, soldering, and the repair and maintenance of LED screen components.
• Has a solid knowledge of networking and IP configuration, experience with ST2110 is a significant bonus.
• Highly prefer experience working with media playback systems such as Disguise, Pandora, and 7thSense.
• Has working familiarity with a variety of theatrical production technologies including lighting, audio, and special effects.
• Must be comfortable working at heights of 200’-300’ with rope access and from boom lifts.
• Must be able to climb a curved structure that changes in grade from 90° to 0°.
• Must have proven experience managing teams during high-profile, stressful events.
