Job Description:
As a Freelance Booking Agent, you will play a crucial role in securing and managing bookings for our clients. You will work closely with our team to identify opportunities, negotiate contracts, and ensure the smooth execution of events. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Client Liaison: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, artists, venues, and other relevant stakeholders.
Booking Management: Identify and secure booking opportunities that align with our firm's and our client's vision and goals.
Negotiation: Negotiate favorable terms and contracts for our clients and ensure all parties are satisfied.
Logistics: Oversee the logistics of events, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and on-site coordination.
Qualifications:
prior experience as a Booking Agent or in a similar role within the entertainment, arts, or events industry is OPTIONAL.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills; must have a warm, professional manner in person and on the phone.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Knowledge of industry trends, venues, and relevant contacts.
Self-motivated and results-driven.
Reliable and mature individual with a passion for the entertainment industry.
Must have a computer, internet service, phone.
Must be computer literate with knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
