Passionate about entertainment, media and pop culture with a keen eye for emerging talent and trendspotting across film, television, music, sports, fashion, food, art and culture.
Extremely detail-oriented, meticulously organized, and able to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects and expectations with a sharp focus in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
A proactive, self-starter who is reliable and resourceful - can take initiative, anticipate needs, prioritize well, and execute time-sensitive matters with a high sense of urgency.
Successful in teamwork-driven, collaborative professional environments and able to work both independently and as a key member of our very tight-knit team.
Adept at quickly learning new processes, software and technology, as well as becoming familiar with existing systems and offering process improvements, as needed.
Eager and determined to become proficient in Slack, Airtable, Zkipster, Adobe, Google and Word applications.
Professional, with a confident and mature demeanor as well as an understanding of the importance of maintaining confidentiality with high profile clients.
A polished writer and proofreader with exceptional interpersonal, organizational, written and verbal communications skills.
Able to brainstorm and contribute creative ideas where talent and influencers are concerned.
Discreet and able to appropriately handle sensitive and personal information about clients and talent as well as comfortable handling top tier talent with ease and discretion.
Available to work from our NYC office two days a week (work from home flexibility for the other three days).
Able to have a flexible schedule, knowing you will need to work earlier or later than the standard 9-5pm and work events as needed on nights and weekends.
Able to travel for various events.
About The Position:
The Talent Assistant will report directly to the Director of Talent + Influencer Booking for all client-specific support and project work as well as the Associate Talent Booker for SP system and database management and upkeep.
Specific Responsibilities Include:
Creating and consolidating team ideas and information shared across various platforms into cohesive and organized company-wide documents and resources.
Regularly updating and maintaining client trackers, internal databases and status documents.
Helping build talent pitch decks for ad campaigns and casting opportunities.
Researching specific niche segments of the industry through social media when casting and populating specific client events.
Supporting the SP client team in foundational brainstorming for guest lists and talent integration for client events and partnerships, as well as organizing and adding supplementary information, contact info + social metrics for those lists, ensuring proper cataloging of that information and brainstorming for future use.
Helping manage the invitation and RSVP tracking software and systems for events, as well as assisting other members of the SP team in organizing social recap decks and other post-event correspondence.
Handling any additional live event support and on site check-in for various high profile client events as needed.
Researching, developing and helping implement new softwares and systems to help SP save time, become more efficient and strengthen the overall organizational units in place at the company.
Handling talent travel logistics and updating talent itineraries as needed for various clients.
Assisting as needed with capture and posting of SP social media.
Supporting the NYC team as needed on all other matters relating to in-person event logistics and coordination.
