Special Projects - Assistant to the Founders
Special Projects is looking for an LA-based assistant. This position would report directly to and support the daily operations of our founders, Andrea Oliveri and Nicole Vecchiarelli. We're looking for a highly organized, self motivated, hardworking, driven individual who is passionate about entertainment, pop culture, social media and all things celebrity!

Special Projects is a boutique celebrity booking and content agency that utilizes our partners' 20+ years' experience as magazine editors, thought leaders, and strategic marketers to elevate media, fashion, and lifestyle brands through the unique use of celebrities and storytelling.
We specialize in the celebrity, fashion and media space and past/current clients include:
WSJ Magazine, Marie Claire, Town & Country, GQ, Kate Spade, STARZ, the Business of Fashion, among others. For a glimpse into our company -- Instagram: @specialprojectsmedia
We're looking for someone who is…
+ A quick learner, highly capable of multi-tasking and keeping our NY and LA offices running smoothly on a daily basis
+ Social and comfortable working both independently and as a member of our tight-knit team
+ A strong writer with exceptional communication skills
+ Proficient in MS Office and Google Drive
+ Available to work remotely as well as at our LA headquarters
+ Able to have a flexible schedule, knowing he or she may need to work earlier or later than the standard 9-5pm and assist at events as needed on nights or weekends
What you'll do…
+ Administrative work (scheduling, answering phones, booking travel, handling expenses)
+ Organize and update idea memos and forecast for current clients
+ Implement and manage all internal systems, documents and release schedules
+ Manage SP's website and social media accounts
+ Support the team at client meetings and industry events
+ Research potential new client opportunities
+ Assist in booking celebrity talent for editorial and event opportunities
+ Screen upcoming films and TV series as needed
