DESCRIPTION
Seeking a skilled candidate that can multi-task administrative, technical as well as metadata entry workload.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and track media to and from multiple locations
• Media Integration of content
• Various aspects of collation, entry, quality control and submission of metadata for multiple systems
• Liaise with account representatives, the client, and third party suppliers providing status updates, flagging potential issues and updating the internal database as needed
REQUIREMENTS
• At least one year experience in post production
• Technical knowledge in Video and Audio
• Training will be provided but candidates should be computer literate
• Technical background is a plus
• Bi-Lingual (fluent in Spanish written and spoken a must) Brazilian Portuguese a plus but not required
• Proficient in Excel
• Exceptional organization skills
• Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization
