(S) Seasonal Tech Solutions Project Coordinator
Job Purpose
The Seasonal Technology Solutions Project Coordinator supports Technology Solutions Managers, ensuring that completed projects operate within budget, scope, and performance expectations. This role is focused on assisting with tasks related to project completion, managing post-launch activities, addressing inbound requests, and maintaining smooth project operations after deployment.
Duties & Responsibilities
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Provide ongoing support to the Technology Solutions Managers during and after project completion.
• Collaborate with vendors and business partners to address any issues or updates required after project deployment.
• Monitor and track post-deployment performance, ensuring that milestones and deliverables are maintained.
• Serve as the main point of contact between stakeholders and vendor technical teams for ongoing support and issue resolution.
• Manage and update project documentation, reflecting any post-launch adjustments or improvements.
• Perform Quality Assurance checks on completed projects to ensure they meet established standards.
• Provide regular updates to the VP of Technology Solutions through detailed status reports, focusing on ongoing support activities.
On-Site Responsibilities
• Technical troubleshooting for both customer-facing and internal clients.
• Assist with daily tasks within any areas under the Technology Solutions team.
Physical Requirements
Sitting or standing for long periods is frequently required, and manual dexterity is needed for using a keyboard and a computer.
Qualifications & Skills
Qualifications include:
• 1 years of technical project coordination or project management experience across key project stages, from concept to delivery.
• Highly motivated, independent individual
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Ability to work independently as well as with the team and external stakeholders
Work Location & Schedule
The position is located in Austin, Texas. Core business office hours are from 10 am to 6 pm, Monday through Friday. However, from January through March, you must be available to work additional hours, including evenings and weekends.
