(S) Seasonal Revenue Operations Coordinator
Job Purpose
The SXSW Partnerships Group is seeking a motivated Revenue Operations Coordinator with a passion for delivering an exceptional client experience. This role will support our team by focusing on quality customer service and maintaining effective internal processes and workflows. A successful candidate is a self-sufficient, detail-oriented team player who is a curious and creative problem solver, valuing diversity and fresh perspectives, and contributes to the overall success and efficiency of the Partnerships Group.
Duties & Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Oversee our public-facing email inboxes and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Manage the onboarding and offboarding checklists as necessary for Partnerships & Experience staff members.
• Manage fully executed sales contracts and file said documents in all necessary databases, including Airtable and Intacct.
• Process cancellations, change orders, trades, and purchase orders on behalf of the Partnerships Group with the Finance team.
• Act as the insurance liaison for the Partnerships Group.
• Produce client-facing resource materials, field all client and Account Manager inquiries, and ensure that certificates of insurance are collected and shared with the appropriate stakeholders accordingly.
• Submit all confirmed sales client events in the appropriate database to be published on the SXSW Schedule.
• Support Revenue Operations team members on marketing, signage, and tech projects, as necessary.
• Supporting the collection of post-event data for client recap reports.
On-Site Event Responsibilities
• Support the Sponsor & Marketing Client check-in / Sales help desk
• Support Account Managers with client signage
Qualifications & Skills
Qualifications include:
• Be highly organized, detail-oriented, and solution-driven, with strong time-management skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Possess exceptional written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills to effectively communicate with internal teams, clients, vendors, and staff.
• Comfortable working both independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively within a team.
• In-depth knowledge of Airtable, GSuite, HubSpot, and FileMaker is desired, along with the ability to manage multiple high-volume email inboxes.
• A knowledge of industries represented at SXSW and a passion for working with the creative community are preferred.
• Ability to multitask, remain agile, and adapt to evolving deadlines and priorities. You should be a highly motivated self-starter with a proven ability to follow through on tasks.
• Demonstrate a willingness to learn new skills and develop professionally to achieve key performance indicators.

• Prolonged periods of sitting or standing at a desk and working on a computer.
• Ability to lift to 20 pounds occasionally, as needed.

Work Location & Schedule
The position is full-time and located in Austin, Texas. Core business office hours are from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. You must be available to work additional hours from January through March, including evenings and weekends. You must also be available for the March event, which will have extended working hours on-site.
