Junior Project Manager, Revenue Operations

Job Purpose
SXSW is seeking a Junior Project Manager to support the planning, execution, and optimization of revenue-generating initiatives across the Partnerships & Experience group, with a focus on all technical projects and platforms for the Revenue Operations team. This role plays a vital part in ensuring cross-departmental alignment, timely project delivery, and streamlined operational workflows to support sales, marketing, and client success teams. The ideal candidate has experience with HubSpot CRM, Airtable, and technical project management, and is self-sufficient, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Duties & Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Liaise with the tech and innovation teams, as well as third-party vendors, to oversee the production of the digital brand page and lead retrieval projects.
• Coordinate staff testing for sales tech projects with relevant stakeholders and participate in all development and post-development QA phases.
• Support the creation of sales enablement documents and client resource materials.
• Coordinate workflows and communications for digital brand page and lead retrieval clients.
• Provide technical support for client questions and issues related to sales technology platforms and products.
• Responsible for maintaining and updating all sales technology platforms-including HubSpot CRM, Airtable, and FileMaker-to ensure data accuracy and relevance. This includes making annual updates to contract templates, reports, goals, forms, databases, and other key sales tech assets.
• Facilitate the proper education and utilization of all sales tech platforms and explore areas for expansion and/or improvement.
• Support the Business Development team by creating and managing email sequences, including building templates, sequences, lists, and reports.
• Support the collection of post-event data for client recaps.
• Accommodate various report requests for the Partnerships group.
On-Site Event Responsibilities
• Provide proactive technical support to clients regarding sales tech platforms and products, including digital brand pages and lead retrieval
• Support the sales client help desk
Qualifications & Skills
Qualifications include:
• 2 years of experience with HubSpot, Airtable, and technical project management
• In-depth knowledge of G Suite, FileMaker, and lead retrieval platforms.
• Basic HTML knowledge
• Exceptional written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills, possessing a keen ability to effectively communicate across internal teams, clients, vendors, temporary field staff, and other personnel
• Proficiency in collecting and organizing analytical information with strong attention to detail
• Ability to multitask, be agile, and adapt to evolving deadlines and priorities
• Demonstrated growth mindset, willingness to develop professionally, and learn new skills to achieve KPIs
• Self-starter with superlative follow-through ability - highly motivated individual who can work by themselves with minimal supervision
• Ability to demonstrate successful experience with highly organized and detail-oriented positions
• Knowledge of industries represented at SXSW and a passion to work with the creative communities
• Basic design and video editing skills are a plus.

Work Location & Schedule
The position is full-time and located in Austin, Texas. Core business office hours are from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. You must be available to work additional hours from January through March, including evenings and weekends. You must also be available for the March event, which will have extended working hours onsite.
