Role Description
The Human Resources & Payroll Admin will administer and coordinate most functions in the HRIS platform with emphasis on HR/Payroll; bi-weekly payroll preparation and recon prior to submittal; payroll-related data entry; new hire set-up, and basic administrative support. Perform a variety of HR and Payroll functions, projects and benefit administration duties for the HR Department. This role is best suited for an entry level, minimum 5 year experience level candidate.

Required Duties
Maintain the confidentiality of Human Resources and Payroll records and information including employee personal information when performing the following duties:
Human Resources Duties
• Coordinate, maintain, and generate Human Resources-related files, and records (personnel files, search files).
• Process HR documents such as new hire documents; check HR authorization documents; ensure timely completion of I-9 documents.
• Accurately track and process HR documents; follow up as needed.
• Distribute status forms for employee information such as changes to benefits, payroll demographics (W4, correct enrollments, deferments, garnishments, etc).
• Assist in creating a training platforms for employee use
• Own and organize the benefits administration function within Paycom and according to ACA standards.
• Audit Paycom EEOC report monthly.
• Audit Paycom Workers' Comp report monthly.
• Audit Paycom Benefits Administration report monthly and reconcile with ESG (broker)
• Perform other duties or special projects as required or assigned.
Payroll Duties
• Prepare and run initial payroll submittal every other Tuesday; reconcile with Head of HR and appointed contact in Accounting before submission every other Wednesday
• Download and properly label payroll reports in shared Accounting files
• Upload reports for 401k broker
• Assist with auditing of various payroll data entry by comparing Paycom info with staff census
• Build and maintain a Paid Time Off database and tracking system
• Assist Head of HR with ensuring compliance with federal/state payroll regulations.
• Reconcile benefit bills with payroll deductions to ensure proper capture of employee premiums due
