This is a Part Time Job
Job Purpose
The Part-time Accounts Receivable Coordinator is responsible for processing invoices, e-commerce sales, refunds, and the timely and accurate collection of funds.
Duties & Responsibilities
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Invoice Processing: Process, review, and send invoices to sales customers. Complete vendor forms and manage customer payment portals according to their guidelines
• Payment Collection: Monitor outstanding accounts and follow up on overdue payments through phone calls and email reminders
• Payment Reconciliation: Record payments, refunds, deposit checks and accurately match them to the correct customer accounts, resolving any discrepancies
• Customer Communication: Respond to customer inquiries related to invoices, payments, and account statuses, ensuring customer satisfaction
• Reporting: Generate reports on the status of accounts receivable, including aging reports, to inform management of overdue or at-risk accounts
• Dispute Resolution: Work with customers and internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies and disputes
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to company financial policies and procedures and assist in the development of best practices for accounts receivable processes
Qualifications & Requirements
Qualifications include:
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field
• Two years of Accounting related work experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft products, including Excel VLOOKUP and pivot tables
• Working knowledge of Sage Intacct and Hubspot CRM is highly preferred
• Ability to work accurately and effectively under tight deadlines

• Effective analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Problem-solver with the ability to defer to decision-makers
Physical Requirements
Frequently required to sit or stand for long periods, with or without accommodation. Manual dexterity is required for keyboard, computer, and office equipment use. Occasional lifting of up to 10 pounds. This position will require you to stay 14 days away from home during the event.
Work Location & Schedule
The position is located in Austin, Texas. Core business office hours are Mon-Fri, 10 am – 6 pm. Must be available to work additional hours during SXSW, including evenings and weekends.
