Sounds True One - Associate Producer
Seeking an Associate Producer to join a multi-media company specializing in personal development, holistic living, and mindfulness as we launch a new digital platform. Full-time, 40-hours per week freelance to start with the possibility of expanding to a full-time staff position.

This position is remote from any where.
Overview:
The Associate Producer will be responsible for supporting all aspects of production, coordination, and creative development for daily, weekly and monthly programming. Duties also include researching and pitching new talent and topics, organizing production calendars, supporting communication between talent, producers and the technical team, editing and producing digital content. This highly creative individual will work closely with the Talent Producer and the Head of Live Programming to develop and produce compelling live-stream events, videos and social media content.
Responsibilities include:
Proactively research, identify, fact-check and pitch leading talent in the health, wellness & spirituality spaces
Participate in editorial meetings to develop new programs and digital shorts
Work with talent and senior producers to execute all technical and creative aspects of live-streamed shows and pre-recorded content
Design aesthetically compelling and detailed pitch decks, one-pagers, crew sheets
Keep project management software up to date and team files organized
Coordinate schedules, book meetings and manage production calendars
Moderate audience chat discussions and engage with the community during live events
Edit and repackage live content into digital shorts, social and promotional material
Identify cross-platform opportunities where content can service multiple places
Be a good human: honest, compassionate, caring and thoughtful - we are a team who support and care about each other as humans first
Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in Media or TV production, preferably live-streaming or broadcast
Excellent research, organization, spelling, grammar and writing skills with a keen eye for detail
Outstanding communication with the ability to be clear and concise
Proficient with the Adobe Suite, especially Premiere Pro or similar editing software
Strong knowledge of Google Workspace and staying organized within
Be flexible and adapt to the needs of fast-paced, evolving projects and goals
Possess enthusiasm for teamwork, brainstorming and developing new programming
A strong interest in health & wellness, spirituality, and mindfulness
Demonstrated understanding of social media platforms with ability to create and curate content
Comfortable working remotely and willing to travel when deemed safe and necessary
Strong project management skills, preferably Asana, to help track and keep projects on time
Time Commitment:
