Entry Level Executive Assistant
We are looking for an Entry Level Executive Assistant to work with our company, Soul Diving Institute. I want someone who has a desire to help others, cares about humanity and takes pride in what they do. We have a variety of projects on our plate, including producing a series of online courses, podcasts, and ncluding student/teacher certification programs, workshops, ongoing groups, as well as private and professional coaching/mentoring for individuals and professionals. I require assistance in all facets of growing the company, including, but not limited to PR, marketing and social media outreach to grow our network and take us to the next level. This is an amazing opportunity to learn in-depth about marketing and PR, as well as social media in the entertainment industry. The assistant position requires a 4-month commitment. We are willing to provide a fantastic learning environment for you to gain experience. We are on an active social media path, producing videos for a podcast, Instagram, IGTV, YouTube, preparing a reel tape role for radio, TV and web media.
Responsibilities and Duties:
• Assist the CEO, organize, schedule, create and post multiple social posts daily relating to self-development, transformation, well-being, and spiritual motivation
• Assist with all aspects of researching and pitching to local and national TV, media outlets, digital and local and national radio stations
• Write 2-4 blog posts a month
• Research & outreach potential sponsors
• Assist, plan and coordinate events, workshops, and programs
• Assist with video and photoshoots
Requirements:
• Must own a laptop computer
• Must own car
• Must have an interest/knowledge in social media, public relations and/or marketing
• Must have superior written and verbal communication skills
• Must be familiar with Google Drive and Dropbox, Microsoft Office
• Must be familiar with Instagram, Apphi, IGTV, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter & LinkedIn
• Preferably familiar with Photoshop and WordPress, and other design programs

Benefits:
We can provide a letter of recommendation or school credit if needed. If selected, the intern assistant must be prepared to complete the internship, which will end in June. Some training will be provided.
Pay: This is a paid internship. It requires a 4-month commitment. The company will support the applicant if he/she wants to get college credit. We pride ourselves in providing opportunities for undergraduate or graduate students who are interested in learning and practicing the latest techniques on social media marketing.
Duration and Location:
The assistant intern will be required to work approximately 20 hours a week. The position begins in February and will end in June (4 months).
The internship will take place in Sherman Oaks, CA. The intern may sometimes work from home, and days are flexible, but attending team meetings on one of the allotted days is mandatory.
