Responsibilities
• Administrative duties for SVP, including but not limited to: scheduling meetings, submitting expense reports, booking and IT management.
• Running internal and external play sessions and demos
• Work with Legal on submitting SOWs (statement of Work) for vendor work
• Work with Finance for vendor onboarding and on tracking Production and Marketing costs/payment in-flow/out-flow management.
• Manage digital asset archive and coordinate the transfer of assets between key parties
• Work alongside execs on the build of SPVR presentation decks
• Ensure that all SPVR game in-house hardware and software is updated to latest versions
• Coordinate with the marketing team on Store Page programming and Management including localization.
• Work with production companies to track budget and progress of VR short film/TV projects
Qualifications
• Minimum 1 year experience in production, video game, marketing, or publishing
• Interest in Virtual Reality and live action production
• Strong presentation skills
• Technical skills
• Ability to multi-task
Salary/Benefits
$63,000.00
- 79,000.00
per year
The anticipated base salary for this position is $63,000 – $79,000. This role may also qualify for annual incentive and/or comprehensive benefits. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location of the position.
