Vice President, Source-to-Pay Applications

The role is the Vice President, Source-to-Pay Applications The role owns development and maintenance of centralized planning systems. This role as acts as chief IT strategist for S2P processes and applications, establishing standards and common systems, and establishing approaches for implementing systems coordinating closely with Procurement and Finance Operations counterparts. This leader is expected to understand how the various procurement activities throughout the year are related, to understand the processes and information needed to support those processes and to gather requirements from the Business – indeed, to anticipate them – as propose solutions that meet those objectives efficiently and economically.

Responsibility
• Lead development, delivery and management of procurement and payment systems across SPE.
• Foster and enhance relationships with various constituencies including CFO, CPO (Chief Procurement Officer), CPO direct reports and their S2P staff throughout the Business where procurement-related activities occur.
• Responsible for applications and technology strategy as relates to procurement activities and for optimizing the multiple disparate processes and applications in place now toward a simplified architecture.
• Lead, mentor and develop the IT staff who support S2P.
• Manage IT S2P projects and their corresponding budgets – ideally in an Agile methodology – by providing guidance, expertise, and in coordinating staff activities and their participation.
• Provide open and clear communication to stakeholders and executives of progress, plans and issue resolution. Coordinate with appropriate Corporate Communications teams as necessary.

Job requirements:
• BS/MS degree preferred
• 10 years of experience in:
Procurement in Media and Entertainment,
Project management

SAP-Ariba or another major S2P/Procurement applications suite
