Title Manager, Mrap

Sony Pictures Entertainment's Distribution Content Services group is responsible for post-receipt, Mastering, Localization and Fulfilment of all Distribution, including Theatrical for the studio. As part of these responsibilities, Title Managers are early window (post theatrical) technical project managers responsible for facilitating the set-up, maintenance, creation and the fulfilment of SPE UHD, BD, DVD and Digital iTunes Extras products into the consumer home entertainment market.

Core Responsibilities
• Provide technical project management support for the creation, fulfilment and distribution of SPE's consumer home entertainment products (4K UHD, BD, DVD and Digital iTunes and Marketing Value Added Materials)
• Partners with Global Brand Marketing and Global Supply Chain Operations (manufacturing) teams to ensure timely execution of product releases.
• Creation and negotiation of component delivery timelines to ensure timely delivery of final master files to manufacturing teams and Digital Extras partners.
• Vendor Management (Final components, Digital iTunes Extras, Disc Authoring)
• Reviews and approves technical configurations on all disc packaging. Reviews and provides disc QC approval on 4K UHD, BD, DVD products. Troubleshoots and escalates redelivery of disc elements when errors are detected.
• Component research for UHD, BD and Digital catalog releases

Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree
• Clear written and oral communication.
• Can present ideas clearly in a group setting.

• Knowledge of video formats, subtitling, audio, and all core digital and physical components.
• Experience with Disc Emulation QC to include: UHD, BD and DVD Disc Authoring Logic.
• Expertise in using MS Excel for complex data management analysis.
• Understanding of large-data management tools and services.
• Familiarity with localization processes.
• Working knowledge of the consumer package media marketplace.
