Have an exciting opportunity for a Creative/In-Theatre Coordinator to join them on a 5-month limited term basis to provide support for upcoming theatrically released titles in Korea.
Reporting to the Creative Lead, the Creative/In-Theatre Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the creative lead in the planning, localization, and delivery of campaign materials for all theatrically released titles in Korea that are distributed by the Company. This role will also support in-theatre marketing and sales activities including exhibitor promotions, event page coordination, giveaways, logistics, and other theatre-related administrative work.
What you will do:
• Support the creative lead in preparing, localizing, and delivering all campaign materials from posters and static banners to AV, digital files, and exhibitor assets before given due date.
• Coordinate with internal team, creative agencies, media partners, exhibitors, and vendors to ensure accurate specifications, timelines, approvals, and asset delivery.
• Track asset versions, localization status, delivery schedules, and material requests for internal stakeholders and agencies throughout each campaign.
• Support the creation and localization of in-theatre materials including event pages, posters, standees, photo zones, premiums, and other exhibitor assets.
• Assist in planning and execution of in-theatre sales activities including ticket promotions, giveaway programs, standee placements, and other exhibitor activations.
• Help support the day-to-day communication and administrative work related to in-theatre activities including event page setup, exhibitor and agency coordination, giveaway shipment management, and contract delivery.
• Work closely with publicity, digital, and in-theatre sales teams to support screenings, special events, co-promotions, and other on-ground activations whenever necessary.
What you need:
• Bachelor degree, preferably in marketing, communications, design, or business management.
• Minimum 3 years' experience working in creative operations, marketing coordination, in-theatre marketing, or entertainment marketing.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing multiple asset versions, specifications, and deadlines.
• Understanding of creative production workflows and material delivery processes across agencies, exhibitors, and media partners.
• Excellent communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborative and strong team player. Ability to establish good working relationships with agencies, vendors, and exhibitors.
• Able to multitask and work under a fast-paced environment.
• Problem solver with a hands-on attitude and willingness to support on-ground executions.
• A strong passion for content & cinema.
• Fluency in Korean is required.
• Available and committed to completing a 5-month contract
• Please note that this role is based in Seoul, South Korea. In order to enable us to meet statutory and regulatory obligations of the South Korean immigration system you must have the appropriate immigration permission needed to work and reside in South Korea for the duration of the employment.
