Start and end dates are flexible. Interns must be available to work full-time (40 hours/week) in person at the designated office location.

Our internship program is designed for students currently enrolled in an accredited college or university, as well as individuals seeking to deepen their education through immersive, professional experience in the entertainment industry.
The TV Production Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team sits at the nexus of financial and commercial information for SPT. The FP&A team builds financial forecasts, maintains TV Ultimates for all of SPT's domestic productions, and supports Business Affairs and senior management in deal negotiations and business analysis. In pursuit of these goals, the FP&A team liaises with other finance groups within the organization, such as Production Accounting, Distribution, Audit, Accounting, Technical Accounting, Billings, Corporate Reporting, Residuals & Participations, as well non-finance groups like the Creative, Production, and Business Affairs teams.
Responsibilities:
• Day to day support of the FP&A team with budgeting and planning, financial close, management and corporate reporting, and business support as it relates to TV Production.
• Build and maintain USTV series Ultimates for purposes of financial reporting and planning in accordance with IFRS.
• Support Business Affairs on deal negotiations, including license fees, co-production/distribution, participations, and grant of rights.
• Complete special projects for operations and finance as necessary
Qualifications:
• Undergrad or current graduate student (accounting or finance)
• Highly organized and ability to multitask
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
Preferred Qualifications
• Previous internship or work experience within finance/accounting and or media/entertainment highly desirable
• Strong interest in Film/TV Industry
