Sourcing & Travel Services Intern, Corporate – Summer 2023

The Sony Pictures Entertainment Internship program offers a unique opportunity to work alongside the teams that come together to create movies, TV shows, and other great experiences. This Summer Internship is from May/June through Sept. 1st (start and end dates are flexible based on school schedules) and all candidates must be able to work 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday in the specified location This is not a remote role. A hybrid work option may or may not be available.

DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION:

This intern will support Sourcing & Travel Services under Global Procurement. This department provides sourcing support in the purchase of commodities, services, and construction, as well as provide travel support services to include booking, ticketing and other business/leisure related services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The intern will be responsible for assisting the team with program related objectives to include marketing material development, light analytics support or coordination, event coordination and planning support, ordering/receiving, meeting attendance/participation and other duties related to supporting SPE's Sourcing and Travel Services Team.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Undergrad or bachelors degree preferred
