Sr Mgr Integration Management, Corp Dev
Sony Pictures Entertainment's Corporate Development team oversees the company's Corporate Strategy, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Integration Management portfolio. The Integration Management Office (IMO) is responsible for developing SPE's integration vision, strategy, and the successful integration of our acquired subsidiaries.
The IMO partners closely with SPE leadership, functional leaders, and stakeholders to plan and execute from a clear strategy and consistent framework to drive the successful execution of activities from sign to close, Day 1 readiness, and post close integration. We lead integration programs to ensure program governance, collaboration, change management, and cross functional transparency across workstreams to achieve the integration end state. This is a fast paced, high performing department of individuals who are energized by strategic thinking, collaboration, and delivering results in a dynamic environment. We work with all levels of the organization across all functional teams worldwide.
Reporting to the SVP of Integration Management, the Sr. Manager will be a key member of IMO leading cross-functional workstreams, supporting integration projects and programs, and building integration dashboards and KPIs within the IMO portfolio including mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.
Core Responsibilities:
Support and/or lead workstreams and projects within the IMO portfolio:
• Integration planning
• Day 1 readiness and cutover planning
• First 100 days integration program
• Synergies tracking
• Separation planning and TSAs
• Integration program governance, tracking, and reporting
• Smartsheet administration and tracking
• Other integration related PMO needs to support functional teams
• Create/maintain materials as needed to support integration projects
• Continuous improvement of integration and separation framework including playbooks, artifacts, and creation of integration dashboards and KPIs to improve consistency, delivery, accountability, and control throughout the integration process
Requirements:
• 3+ years of professional consulting experience specializing in M&A integration planning, post close integration, divestitures, and/or business transformation
• Program management experience with track record of proactive leadership and execution across a global set of internal and external stakeholders
• Strong functional expertise in Finance & Accounting, HR / organizational design, IT, leadership and stakeholder management, communication planning and change management
• Ability to build rapport and trust with cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams and senior executives
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication
• Highly organized and self-motivated with strategic mindset and attention to detail
• High degree of intellectual curiosity with a continuous learning and growth mindset, and eagerness for problem solving
• B.S. / B.A. required (or equivalent experience)
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills with ability to develop compelling business presentations and present complex data/issues in a clear manner that drives decision making and outcomes
The anticipated base salary for this position is $116K to $155K. This role may also qualify for annual incentive and/or comprehensive benefits. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location of the position.
