Sr. Coordinator, Music Marketing
We are seeking a Sr. Coordinator, Music Marketing to join our team and provide a wide range of services to the team.
Responsibilities
• Provide full range of administrative support including receiving & managing phone calls, heavy calendar management and coordination of internal & external meetings across different time zones, and reviewing & responding to emails on behalf of the SVP, Music
• Coordinating presentations, conferences, and events, managing expense reports, making travel arrangements, and providing support to the SVP, Music
• Work directly with Creative Management and team to organize and allocate creative needs across all merchandise channels
• Drive the delivery and planning for various campaigns between stakeholders
• You will collaborate on shaping the creative process and approach across merchandise
• Log and maintain best practices for a variety of different creative projects
• Collect and maintain asset databases in collaboration with the team
• You will ideate alongside the team around approaches for artists merchandise needs
• Collaborate with AFX and Creative on content calendars for artist rollouts
• Manage relationships with all stakeholders, internally and externally, including Label, Artists and Artist management, and a global freelance talent pool
• Coordinate with A&R team on pitches for American Idol singles and coordinate producer travel, studio, etc. while recording
• Coordinate meetings with Idol contestants throughout the competition as directed by the manager
• Needs to be on-site, as requested, for Idol tapings
• Assist with A&R admin across all projects
Qualifications
• 5 years of experience with a background in project management, arts management, and production preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and presentation skills
• Problem-solving skills and are a proactive thinker
• Detail-oriented, excellent time management, follow-up, and organizational skills with ability to prioritize workload
• Comfortable working in an evolving, fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple projects
• Experience building and maintaining key relationships with all key stakeholders
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Adobe Creative Suite [Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign] experience preferred
• Passion for music and experience working with talent
• Bachelor's degree in a related field, from an accredited college or university preferred
The anticipated base salary for this position is $65,000-$75,000. This role may also qualify for annual incentive and/or comprehensive benefits. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location of the position.
