Our Trainee program is designed for recent graduates or those looking to make a career shift , as well as individuals seeking to deepen their professional development through immersing experiences in the entertainment industry .
This trainee role will provide structured support across UAT, release validation, hypercare, and broader technology delivery activities.
Responsibilities:
• Assist in documenting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) test cases based on requirements, user stories, and product workflows.
• Execute assigned UAT test cases and record results, defects, and observations clearly.
• Support defect tracking and testing progress using tools such as Excel, JIRA, or similar tracking systems.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, QA teams, and offshore development teams to clarify requirements and validate functionality.
• Help identify inconsistencies, edge cases, and usability issues during testing and validation activities.
• Support release readiness activities and assist with issue tracking during launch and post-launch hyper-care.
• Assist with documentation of product workflows, requirements, and operational processes.
• Provide analytical and coordination support across ongoing technology and product initiatives.
• Utilize AI-assisted tools to support documentation and analysis while validating outputs for accuracy.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related analytical discipline
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and identify edge cases
• Ability to translate requirements, user stories, and mockups into structured UAT test cases and validation scenarios
• Detail-oriented with a disciplined approach to documentation and quality validation
• Self-starter who can independently navigate systems, ask clarifying questions, and resolve ambiguities
• Strong written communication skills for documenting test cases, results, and defects clearly and concisely
• Ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, QA teams, and offshore development teams
• Comfortable working with web-based applications and structured tracking tools (e.g., Excel, JIRA, or similar)
• Demonstrated academic or project-based experience using AI-assisted tools to improve documentation, analysis, or productivity, with critical validation of outputs
• Demonstrates accountability, ownership, and ability to manage deliverables in a deadline-driven environment
• Adaptable and able to support testing, documentation, and coordination across multiple technology initiatives
Preferred Qualifications
• Academic or internship exposure to QA, UAT, business analysis, or software delivery lifecycle
• Familiarity with JIRA or defect tracking tools
• Interest in digital platforms, enterprise systems, or product delivery
