This is a Full Time Paid Internship

Program Dates: June 1, 8, or 15, 2026 – December 4, 2026
Start and end dates are flexible. Interns must be available to work full-time (40 hours/week) in person at the designated office location.

Our Trainee program is designed for recent graduates or those looking to make a career shift, as well as individuals seeking to deepen their professional development through immersing experiences in the entertainment industry.
Responsibilities:
• Support Fire Department operations via conducting prescribed code compliance and internally required inspections of Studio property and infrastructure related to fire prevention and life safety.
• Support Studio-wide emergency preparedness planning and operations.
• Support Studio Operations, including Facilities and Physical Production via code required Fire Officer Standby assignments
• Working directly under the Supervising Fire Marshall and/or the Sr. Manager of Fire and Life Safety, support emergency response operations including active fire alarm response, medical emergencies and other life safety incidents.
• Support the administration of Studio Fire Department operations, including the ongoing development of electronic tools and manuals related to Fire Prevention operations.
Qualifications:
• Strong work ethic
• Must be able to interact with Studio population in a professional and courteous manner
• Detail oriented
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to work alone with limited supervision
• Ability to work weekends and off-business hours as necessary
• Knowledge of basic fire code and regulations
Preferred Qualifications
• AA and/or Bachelor degree (preferred) in Fire Science or similar field (note- most Collegiate level Fire Programs are AA level programs).
• Accredited Fire Fighter I certification preferred
• EMT I accreditation preferred.
