Senior Recruiter, Global Talent Acquisition
SENIOR RECRUITER, GLOBAL TALENT ACQUISITION
Sony Pictures Entertainment has an immediate opening for a Senior Recruiter to execute the talent acquisition process for mid-level professional roles across all lines-of-business with a focus on our Corporate Groups. The Senior Recruiter will build solid relationships with hiring teams by collaborating on effective sourcing strategies and creatively recruiting a diverse range of top talent to join SPE. We need someone who understands the dynamics of the media / entertainment industry, the complexities of a competitive market and will be able to pipeline a diverse range of candidates. This role reports into the Senior Manager, Global Talent Acquisition and is part of the People & Organization (P&O) team. This role is based at our Culver City, CA studio headquarters.
Responsibilities
• Drive full-cycle recruitment process for various roles across a variety of functions
• Develop strategies to source, attract and present a diverse slate of candidates
• Build relationships with top talent through direct sourcing, networking and by championing internal and external talent
• Drive a positive candidate experience throughout the recruiting process, including initial contact through offer negotiation and acceptance
• Effectively take a consultative approach with hiring managers on the selection process
• Continuously develop business knowledge and acumen of company and departmental objectives, industry and corporate challenges, and current market dynamics
• Cultivate an effective partnership with People & Organization Business Partners to develop recruiting strategies and assess future talent needs
• Actively participate in special projects as needed
Qualifications
• 4+ years of demonstrated ability leading full-cycle recruitment activity
• Experience in applicant tracking systems (Workday preferred)
• Ability to reliably handle highly confidential information
• Dedication to customer service and team orientation that promotes collaboration and superior service delivery
• Ability to work effectively while managing multiple requisitions in both a structured and ambiguous fast-paced environment
• Keen attention to detail, efficient, highly organized, and articulate in both written and verbal communication
• Outstanding work ethic, accountability, and ownership of work
• Demonstrates the ability to navigate difficult problems with effective solutions
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
