Secretary Term Deal - Local 174

Title: Secretary Term Deal – Local 174 (Wage Bracket D)

Department: SPTS – U.S. Business Affairs – Term Deals

Location: Culver City/Los Angeles

Overview:

We are searching for a Secretary Term Deal to support a producer and or development executive. This person will provide clerical support by answering phones, scheduling meetings, taking notes, and effectively adjusting schedules as needed due to shifting priorities.

Responsibilities:

• Take and compile accurate notes on meetings, calls, and Zooms
• Process expense reports and make travel arrangements (if necessary)
• Type and/or compose letters and memos; proofread, edit and photocopy documents
• Route incoming/outgoing mail and email; quickly and accurately file and maintain files
• General office management (including ordering and stocking supplies)
• Perform related administrative duties as required

Requirements:
• High school graduate with 2-3 years' experience as an assistant preferred
• Proficient in Final Draft, MS Office, and Zoom
• Ability to communicate effectively via email, telephone, Zoom, and in person
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Must be willing to take and follow directions accurately and adhere to procedures
• Must be able to work well with other support staff and other departmental personnel and be able to maintain a courteous and professional relationship with all staff
• An interest in comedy writing is a plus!
