We have an exciting new opportunity to support our Global Formats and Brand Licensing team based in London. The formats team is focused on growing the reach of our Unscripted and Scripted format product, such as Who Wants To Be A Millionaire, Dragons' Den and Raid the Cage; by launching and maintaining local adaptations in as many territories as possible. The Brand Licensing team extends the licensing of our IP across consumer products, mobile games, live events and digital/social media channels.
What you'll do:
Brand Licensing Deals Project (1st 6 months)
• Source all Brand Licensing revenue contracts and amendments and save them in the central SharePoint repository
• Enter all Brand Licensing revenue deals into S2F and process all unbilled revenue, in collaboration with the local Finance team
• Update project tracker and communicate progress to all key stakeholders
• Create process documentation in conjunction with EMEA Central Sales Planning team to document new workflow and deal entry process for all Brand Licensing revenue deals
• Design reports to ensure VP, Brand Management and Interactives Strategy is kept up to date on the status of all deals
Deal Management & Administration
• Set up and maintain deals in Sales & Rights Management systems (RPM) and (S2F - Sales to Finance)
• Manage contractual obligations and ensure all deadlines are met as detailed in the contracts
• Assist in deal execution, working closely with Sales and Legal on contract drafting, documentation, and execution.
• Track the workflow of contract, amendment, notification processes for every deal, client schedules, availability lists and ad hoc reports
• Liaise with Finance on customer checks, invoicing/payment issues, and audit queries
• Liaise with clients to chase outstanding reports
• Ensure all Sales Planning Procedures are upheld by seeking appropriate reviews and Approvals
• Work closely with Sales and Planning in the territory to ensure clear information flow between local and central teams
Process Optimisation
• Act as key point of contact for Formats and Brand Licensing deal management, guiding Sales planning processes to Sales and Planning teams.
• Ensure process documentation for formats and Brand Licensing deals entry is kept up to date.
• Build relationships with LATAM and APAC teams to ensure they are across the current processes and are ensuring systems reflect the latest deals and forecasts.
Reporting
• Ownership of regular and ad hoc reporting for Sales, providing clear visibility on performance, pipeline, and opportunities.
• Work closely with Senior Manager to prepare Global Formats budget presentation, including data consolidation, analysis, and clear commercial commentary.
• Ongoing maintenance and development of the Print Opportunity Database.
Forecasting & Planning
• Maintain/update forecasts in RPM; process changes in a timely manner and keep Senior Manager and Sales Teams informed of updates regularly
• Assist with variance analysis on product, deals and/or market assumptions to support Sales in preparing the forecast
• Proactive follow-up during year-end and other critical periods to ensure deals, forecasts, and budget reports are accurate and complete.
What you have:
• Educated to a minimum undergraduate degree level preferable (but not necessarily)
• Ideally, 1-2 years' experience in a similar environment
• Strong IT skills, in particular Excel (Pivot Tables & Formulae), and must be comfortable in learning new systems
• Fluency in English is essential
• Highly numerate with excellent attention to detail
• Problem Solving & Decision making – demonstrates an ability to address root causes of problems, identify alternatives and propose solutions.
• Able to use complex information to provide summaries with clear and meaningful insights
• Managing priorities and competing deadlines during busy periods
• Proactive and adaptable – anticipate needs in different situations and take appropriate action with guidance and on own initiative
• Excellent communication skills
• Team player who is willing and able to assist colleagues
