In order to enable us to meet the statutory and regulatory obligations of the South Korea's immigration system, you must have the appropriate immigration permission needed to work as intern and reside in South Korea for the duration of the employment.
The Partnership/Promotion Coordinator is responsible for promotional marketing activities for all theatrically released titles released by Sony Pictures Entertainment Korea including promotion campaign planning and execution, creative asset delivery, Home Office communications, and Intercompany collaboration.
This position will report to the Marketing Director .
Responsibilities:
• Oversee partner promotions campaign including strategic planning and execution, working closely with promotional agency to devise potential partners list and pitch ideas to them in conjunction with agency & Marketing Director.
• Communicate necessary promotions guidelines to agencies.
• Communicate with Home Office regularly for promotional campaign deal and creative approval and reporting.
• Manage and report promotional budget to Marketing Director.
• Work closely with promotion and design agencies to create and deliver promotional creatives for all theatrically released titles.
• In charge of ordering and delivering all promotion related assets including statues, premiums, etc.
• Communicate and work closely with other Sony entities such as Sony Electronics, Sony Interactive Entertainment, Sony Music, etc. to enhance performance in promotional marketing whenever necessary.
• Communicate with special cinema partners such as IMAX and Dolby for co-promotional activations and events.
• Monitor and report competitor's promotional activities as per needed basis.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor degree, preferably in marketing, communications or business management.
• Minimum 2 years' experience working in content and/or B2B marketing.
• Understanding and knowledge of the latest entertainment trends.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and has the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Excellent communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborative and strong team player. Ability to establish good working relationships with agencies.
• Strategic thinker and someone not afraid to think outside of the box.
• A strong passion for cinema.
• Good English skills in both written and spoken.
Please note that this is a contract role for 17 months.
