Production & Asset Management Coordinator
General Summary:
The Production Coordinator is responsible for tracking of assets, final storage, editing clips related to technical evaluation for all production assets for the current productions in the Latin America region and US Hispanic productions. This position reports to the Production and Asset Management Executive Director in the Miami office.
Responsibilities:
• 20 % Maintain up-to-date in Runner (repository Sony system), Scenechronize (Sony production track system), PSS (Production status site). Synopsis, character descriptions, scripts, casting materials, location materials, art materials, production plans, delivery schedules and agreements.
• All broadcast scripts, certificates of insurance, cue sheets, and composer's agreements, assignment of rights and credits.
• Ratings, air schedules, demos, videos and photography or creative elements.
• Ensure all development materials are updated into de System
• Provide to marketing department all development materials collected and organized.
• Tracking and migration of Assets from Sony Ci iCloud system and share drives
• Take inventory of files in Share drive and Sony Ci iCloud.
• 20% Push the final files from Runner System pass through the clients.
• 15% Editing of clips related to technical evaluation process and clients request.
• 15% Create and provide statistics of production assets
• 15% Supporting all updates data of the original production master delivery process to clients.
• 10% Keep updated all information related to the current and past productions in the PSS (Production Status Site) Updates into Sony system: PSS (Production Status Site). Database up to date. Maintain monthly status reports on Latin America productions.
• 10% Supporting role in tracking of Assets relating to all stages of production.
• 10% Assistance and Administrative as assigned duties.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
• Passionate about the role / Self-motivated.
• Impeccable attention to detail, as well as organization and follow up skills.
• Strong ability to manage several projects, all in varying stages of the process.
• Able to prioritize well and meet strict deadlines.
• Flexible individual who is effective working in a team, as well as independently.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding and respect for different cultures.
• Fluency in reading, writing and speaking Spanish and English.
• Good working with systems; Proficient in PPT and Excel (analysis of production data/statistics).
• Intermediate editing experience.
• Solid understanding of the production process.
Experience: 2 years TV Production experience is required
Education:
Bachelor's degree is required.
