Producer - Philippines

Based in Makati City, Philippines, the Producer is responsible in overseeing day-to-day high quality production requirements of the business from creative development to execution of production projects.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:
• Generate short form production ideas
• Work with senior team members on wider projects of long form production
• Handle production coordination and maintain oversight of post-production elements (event shoots and edits) and third party productions
• Building relationships by engagement, negotiation, strategic partnering and management of creative and editorial freelance teams, third party vendors, and production houses
• Good knowledge of the television production workflow
• Broad knowledge of post-production

Work Experience Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years experience in media and television production
• Possesses basic script writing skills
• Proficient at Adobe Premiere
• Basic knowledge of 3D/2D animation and graphic design as well as audio
• Competent at supervising online/offline edits
• Good time management and prioritization skills and with the ability to multi-task and work under pressure and tight deadlines
• A team-player with a responsible and creative approach to problem solving
