Marketing Supervisor, Promotion & Partnership
Position Summary
The Marketing Supervisor, Promotion & Partnership is responsible for initiating beneficial tie-in promotions for Sony films, developing tie-in promotion strategy, planning and coordinating promotion tie-in campaigns. Working closely with synergy partners to enhance Sony brand and supporting APAC region, the incumbent is expected to initiate or push through pan regional or even Global corporate tie-in deals.
Key Responsibilities
• Initiate tie-in promotion strategy and plan, coordinate promotion tie-in campaigns for all Sony films
• Identify tie-in partners, maintain key contact database and compile pitching presentations
• Prepare contracts and submit partners' creative for approval
• Support to secure Global, Pan regional and Taiwan tie-in promotion
• Manage promo site updates to partners
• Coordinate approval process between partners and head office, manage the relationships between different partners
• Explore opportunities for promotion event/cash sponsorship
• Work closely with synergy partners (Sony Groups, licensees, publishers, etc.) to enhance Sony brand and increase campaign impact
• Organize movie premiere/screenings with tie-in partners to maximize exposure
• Organize roadshow presentations for major movie releases
• Handle various promotion activities, including promo item ordering/developing, promo report updates and regular conference calls
Qualifications
• University or above education, 1~2 years of marketing experiences and specialized in third party promotions or FMCG marketing
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills, in both English and Chinese
• Good understanding of movies and market environment
• Good interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills
• Creative and innovative
• Keen interest in movies, sensitive to pulse change of movie and other industries
• Resourceful, early adopter of new products
• Excellent team player
• Able to work under high pressure
