Overview
Sony Pictures Television's London based Formats and International Production Marketing team have an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate in taking a step into the Entertainment/TV/Media industry, in being able to provide support to the EMEA TV Distribution, Formats and International production marketing teams in pre- and post-sales efforts.
Successful candidates in this role will take responsibility for all the administrative functions, assist in the preparation of marketing and sales materials, as well as assist the VP Marketing with strategic, product-specific initiatives.
Key Responsibilities will include:
• Ensuring the format/local production files, databases and libraries are kept up to date including the Broadcast Schedule.
• Collecting relevant marketing assets for each title and ensuring they are correctly labelled and uploaded to all digital asset management systems – EAGL, B2B, website landing page, screening room, touchscreen, etc.
• EMEA Asset Distribution: Distributing marketing assets to clients for all distribution titles. Fielding questions on distribution marketing asset, e.g. availability of assets, delivery timings, etc. Responding to bespoke assets requests and package materials from Runner to send to clients.
• Collecting relevant marketing assets for each title and ensuring they are correctly labelled and uploaded to all digital asset management systems – EAGL, B2B, website landing page, screening room, touchscreen, etc.
• Assisting in the collection of show launch strategies for key international shows.
• Managing the collection and specifications of video materials for the creation of sales reels. This includes managing digitization and file delivery with external editors.
• Updating and maintaining the digital slide rocket catalogues.
• Assisting in the organization of events and screenings.
• Liaising with the sales team to compile and manage party/event invite lists.
• Researching and sourcing premium items for events or markets.
• Assisting in the entry process for international awards.
• Updating and managing the sales sheets.
• Financial administration (new vendors, p/o's, SAP, manage P/O log)
• Organizing schedules and international travel as required.
• General administrative and marketing duties as required.
• Attending regular London based production update meetings.
• Liaising weekly with LA asset management team

Qualifications
and/or Experience Required
To be considered for this role, you will meet the following requirements:
• Experience in either media or television marketing experience is highly desirable.
• Exceptionally organized.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Powerpoint, Excel and Word.
• Photoshop, In-Design skills are desirable.
• Strong interpersonal skills to maintain sound working relationships.
• Brand management experience desirable.
• Excellent writing skills with first class attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated team player and facilitator.
• Ability to coordinate and juggle several projects at a time, working in a high paced and dynamic environment
• Other languages are beneficial.
