NATIONAL MARKETING PARTNERSHIPS MANAGER – Domestic Execution
The Global Marketing Partnerships team is responsible for securing and activating best-in-class marketing partnerships reinforcing the studio's marketing strategy and extending the reach of its film marketing campaigns. These deals provide additional media value and exposure for our films in ways our traditional media buys cannot. The team works with the some of the largest and most powerful brands (including Pepsico, General Mills, Kellogg's, Doritos, L'Oreal, Mercedes, Audi, Kia, Hyundai, TikTok, Fortnite and more) to create memorable marketing campaigns that drive awareness and interest for the studio's feature film slate. The Manager, National Marketing Partnerships, specializes in activating partnerships by delivering best in class execution on marketing programs.
Job Description:
• Manage and Execute National Marketing Partnerships: execution of Domestic deals including packaging, POS, print, OOH, social, stunts, events etc
• Overseeing day-to-day processing of creative submissions, proactively enforcing meaningful integration of film IP
• Proactively coming up with solutions for creative challenges
• Tracking approvals of creative to meet deadlines
• Preparing the agenda for and managing regular partner update meetings
• Delivering upon contractual obligations to partners – screenings, sweepstake prizes, premiere, social posts etc
• Liaising with different departments within the studio – Legal, Digital/Social, Publicity, Exhibitor Relations – to keep our partners abreast of the film's marketing plans and integrate them where possible
Skills and Abilities:
• Excellent communication skills – written and oral (must have a professional and courteous demeanor and be able to communicate persuasively and clearly)
• Must be able to multi-task and be able to set priorities and meet deadlines
• Must be a self-starter with a team attitude and a high level of initiative
• Exceptional organizational, problem solving and interpersonal skills
• Hard working, enthusiastic, and diligent
• Enjoys the challenge of adapting to a changing theatrical landscape
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree required
• Experience: 5 years; at least 1 in marketing partnerships at an agency or studio
• Strong computer skills (MS Word, PowerPoint, Keynote, Excel, Outlook, Photoshop)
