General Summary
The Growth & Performance Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in implementing and coordinating Growth Marketing strategies and tactics for all Sony Pictures properties across Latin America, including Brazil. Based in Miami, this role works with a team of growth marketing professionals dedicated to driving revenue acceleration through data-driven strategies and innovation. This team is responsible for developing, creating, and coordinating full-funnel marketing initiatives focused on increasing brand and content awareness, driving consumer engagement, conversion, retention, and loyalty programs, and maximizing all digital opportunities within the region.
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Coordinator with the ability to coordinate and execute both upper and lower funnel paid campaigns, ensuring delivery against key performance indicators (KPIs) across all lines of business . With a genuine passion for the entertainment industry and its fast-paced environment, the ideal candidate will effectively coordinate consumer campaigns across diverse digital platforms, leveraging data and analytics to inform strategic planning and KPI definition.
Responsibilities
• Coordinate and oversee consumer campaigns from start to finish, with a strong emphasis on digital platforms that drive action and conversion across LATAM and Brazil.
• Collaborate on media buy planning, including targeting and segmentation, and manage campaign execution and reporting across all paid channels.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring campaigns are on track to meet objectives and providing regular updates to stakeholders.
• Analyze campaign performance, user behavior, and market trends to generate actionable insights and inform optimization strategies specific to the Latin America and Brazil markets.
• Develop comprehensive performance reports and dashboards, providing data-driven recommendations for campaign optimization and strategic adjustments.
• Act as a key liaison with internal teams ( Brand & Content Marketing, B2B, PR, Creative, Product, Sales, Brand Partnerships, DABI, Finance, Legal) to foster strategic alignment, maximize opportunities, and ensure seamless campaign execution across the region.
• Assist in the management of the Growth & Performance Marketing Budget, including vendor creation, purchase order generation, and invoice/payment tracking.
Requirements
• 2+ years of experience in coordinating, executing, and analyzing digital performance marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., paid search, paid social, programmatic display).
• Strong understanding of both online and offline media buying principles.
• Proficient knowledge of media performance measures and metrics (e.g., ROAS, CAC).
• Passion for movies, television, and the entertainment industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and cultures.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills .
• A proactive team player and self-motivated individual.
• Ability to multitask and effectively function in an ever-changing business environment.
• Proficient in leveraging metrics, analytics, and data to prepare comprehensive reports and derive actionable insights.
• Technology enthusiast and trend hunter.
• Professional working proficiency or fluency in Portuguese (required). Spanish is highly desirable, given the regional focus on Latin America and Brazil.
Education
• BA/BS in Marketing/Business, Digital Marketing or a related degree.
