Fall Intern - Social Media Marketing

This is a Part Time Unpaid Internship

Sony Crackle Social Media Marketing Intern, Sony Pictures Television- Fall 2018

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Media brainstorms, reporting, and platform management
• Sony Crackle Originals positioning & strategy presentations
• Assist in social media production during offline shoots
• Support social media team in building out social media content calendar with best-in-class ideas and creative
• Provide support to company social media initiatives, including customer engagement and marketing campaigns
• Manage YouTube channel, uploading content and fine-tuning current channel strategy
• Monitor trends in social media, entertainment, gaming, and appropriate apply that knowledge to brainstorm content that will increase word of mouth and brand awareness of Sony Crackle
• Special projects as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Currently enrolled in an accredited college/university for the duration of the internship and able to work part time
• Passion and focus on social media & entertainment
• Experience in data analysis & social media management
• Interest in entertainment, marketing, television, and movies
• Must be comfortable using Microsoft Office and/or Google Apps and the major social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven team environment on multiple projects
• Extremely organized
• Deadline/detail orientated
• Excellent communication
• Strong writing skills
• Team-oriented
• Responsive
• Enthusiastic with positive attitude

The Sony Pictures Entertainment Internship program offers a unique opportunity to work alongside the teams that come together to create movies, TV shows, and other great experiences. These seasonal paid assignments provide meaningful and productive work that allow you to build your resume, experience and develop your skills further. You will be provided with challenging tasks, real-world experience, valuable networking opportunities, and many educational and social opportunities while on the lot.

This Fall internship is from Tuesday, September 11th- Friday, December 14th but is flexible with start date based on school schedule. All candidates must be able to work between 10-29 hours and be currently enrolled in a college or university.
