Start and end dates are flexible. Trainees must be available to work full-time (40 hours/week) in person at the designated office location.
These paid, seasonal assignments deliver meaningful, high-impact work designed to accelerate your growth. You'll take on real responsibilities, build practical skills, and gain exposure to the business through structured learning, executive engagement, and networking opportunities.
Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative assistance
• Maintain department organization
• Provide Creative Executives with development research and coverage
• Heavy scheduling and support for two busy film and series executives
• Attend and/or transcribe notes from creative department meetings
• Pitch sessions, development sessions with writers, directors, producers, etc., into memo form for distribution to creative executives
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree - In lieu of a degree, equivalent work experience
• Knowledge of MS Powerpoint, Word, and Excel
• Excellent communication skills-written and oral (must have a professional and courteous demeanor)
• Interested in entertainment business
• Must be able to multi-task and prioritize to ensure that all assignments are completed in an accurate and timely manner
• Must be able to meet deadlines
• Must be detail-oriented
• Must be flexible – an ability to work well in an environment where needs and priorities are subject to much revision
• Must be a self-started with a team player attitude

• Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills
• Common sense, dependability, discretion and attention to detail are required
Salary/Benefits
$22.00 /hour USD
The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors.
