Coordinator, Sales - Sony Pictures Releasing
Job Description
A Sales Coordinator's main focus will be working extensively our DEX system entering billings, holdovers and grosses. They will be responsible for coordinating (requesting and billing) the many promo and trade screenings that are scheduled on each film. There will be phone and email contact with exhibitors collecting and confirming holdover and new play date information. Strong computer skills are a must along with extensive knowledge in Excel.
Responsibilities:
• Obtaining holdovers and updating the computer with the information
• Requesting, billing and keeping track of the many promo and trade screening emails and phone contacts with customers
• Collecting and entering daily in the system any missing grosses
• Reconciling weekly reports of missing grosses or billings
• Assisting Sales Manger when needed
• Occasional theater checks of 1-sheet placement for proper Sony representation
• Writing the occasional screening reaction for internal distribution
Requirements:
• Microsoft Word knowledge
• Business Objects skills
• Advanced Excel skills
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to a new computer system
• Excellent ability to organize time and prioritize job details
• Perform duties in a timely manner
• Work well under pressure
