Coordinator, IT Production Services
The IT Production Services Coordinator – Procurement will be responsible for the procurement of all ITPS hardware and software assets, entering them into ServiceNow and ensuring they are managed and tracked throughout their lifecycle. Ensures accurate and timely entry of asset information into ServiceNow. Ensures accurate processing of equipment requests. Assists with software installations and manages licenses for domestic and international customers. Effectively utilizes available resources to provide the highest level of service and adherence to capital budget guidelines. Ensures all assets are maximized, shrink-wrap desktop software licenses are monitored and reused as appropriate to leverage the SPE investment. Responsible for reporting on assets and ensuring the data remains current and contract information is recorded and accurate.
Responsibilities
• Hardware and Software Procurement –
• Responsible for all hardware and software procurement for both deployment stock and special orders for clients.
• Maintains detailed spending records and works directly with ITPS Management to manage spending targets and any reporting required.
• Inventory Management –
• Manages all hardware and software stock levels to ensure they are appropriate to meet the current business need. Consistently cycles out broken, outdated and end-of-live hardware inventory to make room for current stock.
• Contributes to department efficiency and customer satisfaction by initiating and assisting in the implementation of process improvement recommendations.
• Corporate Equipment Requests –
• Monitors ServiceNow for corporate hardware and software requests.
• Utilizes appropriate tools to assist with software installations.
• Customer and Vendor Relationship Management –
• Ensures all activities are performed with a strong commitment to customer service.
• Maintains and distributes an updated list of all vendor contacts and resources for ITPS.
• Works directly with all vendors to source products required.
• Provides feedback to vendors on their service levels and facilitates discussion regarding any areas requiring attention as well as assuring we are always receiving a competitive rate for products and services.
Requirements
• 2-3 years in IT customer support role
• 1-3 years in entertainment industry
• Experience with ServiceNow, Ariba, Microsoft Excel
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Flexibility to work with vendors and SPE personnel
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Extensive knowledge of Excel
• Good working knowledge of ServiceNow and Ariba
• Has the ability to work independently to accomplish all levels of tasks that require coordination between multiple departments and people across all levels of SPE management
• Three years' experience in an IT customer support role
• Strong customer service skills
The anticipated base salary for this position is $47,000 - $52,000. This role may also qualify for annual incentive and/or comprehensive benefits. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location of the position.
