Coordinator, International Media - Motion Picture Group
Provide full range of administrative support for an executive in the Motion Picture Group International Media department, including receiving & managing phone calls, heavy calendar activity and coordination of internal & external meetings across different time zones, reviewing & responding to emails, coordinating presentations, conferences and social events and managing expense reports and making travel arrangements.
• Handle all phones for the executives
• Manage calendars and coordinating all meetings with executives
• Copying, filing, organization of paperwork, extensive expense reports
• Coordinate extensive travel arrangements along with visas, annual audit conferences and agency reviews
• Field phone calls and direct to appropriate contacts
• Pan Regional Invoicing
• Compile, track/update critical weekly reports and distribution to key stakeholders
• Assist with presentations/agendas, various projects as they arise
• Keep track of necessary office supplies and order updates
• Work on Excel, Word, Lotus Notes, Internet Research, PowerPoint and Photoshop
Skills:
Knowledge of:
• Lotus Notes
• MS Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint at an intermediate level
• SAP
• EAGL
• Photoshop
• Strong computer skills
• Interplan helpful
• Spent and Committed helpful

• Must possess exceptional organizational skill, follow through and operational excellence.
• Must be able to multi-task and prioritize with attention to detail
• Strong Interpersonal skills
• Must demonstrate professionalism, diplomacy and discretion when dealing with co-workers, executives etc.

Minimum of 2-3 years administrative experience
