Coordinator, Global Marketing

The Coordinator, Global Marketing will be responsible for a full range of administrative support for the EVP, Global Marketing, as well as supporting the Global Marketing team and local market initiatives. Creating presentations is a major part of this role.

Responsibilities:

• Provide support in the development and implementation of international marketing programs and initiatives
• Provide support in the development and implementation of local events (i.e. ComicCon)
• Assist in the coordination of Global and International conferences
• Design and format international marketing presentations with a focus on creating consistency and sophistication
• Manage local theatrical title approvals
• Word processing (composing/generating letters, memos and fax cover sheets)
• Handling phone calls and teams meetings
• Handling travel arrangements
• Distributing and following-up on documents
• Updating databases and lists
• Process PO's
• Schedule and prepare for meetings and handle calendar
• Proofread and edit materials
• Process expense reports
• Handle creative assets and document flow, including creating and maintaining files (electronic and hard copy)
• Create and distribute marketing timelines
• Other general administrative duties (processing mail, copying, ordering of office supplies etc.)
• Miscellaneous duties as required

Requirements:
• Must be proficient in Keynote, MS Powerpoint, Word and Excel
• Minimum 3 years administrative experience
• Bachelor's Degree
• General administrative experience with previous experience and/or interest in marketing
• International experience a plus
• Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills
• Must be detail-oriented
• Must be able to multi-task and prioritize to ensure that all assignments are completed in an accurate and timely manner
• Must be able to meet deadlines
• Must be flexible – an ability to work well in an environment where needs and priorities are subject to much revision
• Critical thinking, dependability, discretion and attention to detail are required
• Must be a self-starter with a team-player attitude
• Excellent communication skills – written and oral (must have a professional and courteous demeanor)
