General Summary:
Brand Partnerships & Innovation Coordinator will be tasked to support within a variety of different aspects of the content sales process. This person will assist Content Strategists during sales pitches, as well as aide project managers on specific projects that are in need of additional production support. The role will also be responsible for developing and distributing Ad Sales Programming Packages that include information from all areas of Networks – Research, Marketing, PR & Programming in order to create the most optimal commercial packages. In addition, coordinator will connect local BPI strategy teams with central hub, ensuring all communication flows between groups and is leveraged by all. Finally, this position will also serve as the finance liaison and handle invoicing procedures with finance department and external vendors.
Responsibilities:
• 30% Support regional strategy and project managers as needed as well as sales team in order to execute proposals.
• 30% Creation of programming sales packages that consist of functional, multi-dimensional and accurate information to sales teams.
• 20% Oversee invoicing and payment procedures for BP&I Vendors.
• 10% Inter-BPI communication between Strategy Teams, ensuring best practices/case studies are shared amongst all members of the department.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Ability to work and communicate effectively in team environment.
Ability to deliver in a timely manner.
Resourceful individual who knows where to go to find answers to questions.
Ability to prioritize effectively and efficiently.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs.
Fully Bilingual in Spanish & English, both oral and written.
Experience:
Minimum one year of experience in Ad Sales or related industry experience.
Education:
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required.
