Associate Manager, Creative Content Post Production
This role supports a team of producer/editors in the creation of on-air promotion, trailers, EPK and behind-the-scenes vignettes, sales reels etc. This position has high visibility into the workings of a high-volume creative marketing team.
This role will work closely with adjacent teams and marketing to ensure a smooth and productive workflow while maintaining high productivity as well as high creative & technical standards. This position reports to the on-air team lead.
This role is a great communicator and is punctual. They maintain an efficient workflow and process and promptly communicate any issues to management. Manages assets and archives projects accordingly and understands delivery.
Core Responsibilities:
• Works closely with the Writer/Producers, other producer/editors to deliver finished video content.
• Liaise with off-site vendors to support generation of audio mixes and color sessions.
• Finishes promotional material for air, including the syncing mixes, exporting of versions for approval, and exporting of versions for digital and on-air delivery.
• Performs Q.C. on incoming assets and all on-air projects.
• Liaise with IT/Technical Operations to ensure post-production hardware and software needs are met.
• Join team and client meetings to assess scope and identify challenges to the pipeline.
• Ensure that all delivery standards and spec are updated and maintained.
• Manage team media space and server storage.
Work Experience Requirements:
• Demonstrated experience in Non-linear editing usage.
• Understanding and functional ability to edit/produce on-air promotions using non-linear systems including, Avid, Premiere and the Adobe Suite.
• Strong sense of focus and follow through.
• Extremely organized, detail-oriented and strong time management skills.
• Must have excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal) to manage a wide range of marketing professionals and vendors.
• Must be a dynamic team player capable of keeping multiple tasks on schedule.
• Must have strong knowledge of standards and formats- domestic and international.
• Working knowledge of current video trends, social platforms and their relevance to video marketing.
• Exhibits an innate sense of curiosity. Exhibits willingness to take on responsibilities outside of his/her job description and has the ability to respond to business demands in a fast-paced environment.
• Presents a positive and professional attitude to stakeholders and co-workers.
Desirable Requirements:
• Knowledge of color software: DaVinci, Adobe (Lumetri) etc
• Functional knowledge of motion graphics software including aftereffects
• Functional knowledge of audio mixing software
• Ability to lead an operational task force and refine/define new workflows
• Ability to work flexible hours
Education
al Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university (Major in Television or Film production preferred)
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal), time management, anticipation, teamwork, proactive problem solving, critical and strategic thinking, leadership, innovation, strong ability to multi-task and pivot

Able to scale to meet the needs of the business we work with top tier talent internally and externally to bring the highest standards to our work.
The anticipated base salary for this position is $71,000 to $80,000. This role may also qualify for annual incentive and/or comprehensive benefits. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location of the position.
