Trainee, Insight Strategy & Analytics (AVOD/FAST)

Start and end dates are flexible. Interns must be available to work full-time (40 hours/week) in person at the designated office location.

Our Trainee program is designed for recent graduates or those looking to make a career shift, as well as individuals seeking to deepen their professional development through immersing experiences in the entertainment industry.
Responsibilities:
• Support the execution of research and analytics projects by gathering data, running preliminary analyses, and contributing to summaries across audience, content, advertising, and UX initiatives.
• Assist in preparing recurring and ad hoc reports by compiling performance metrics, validating data accuracy, and ensuring timely distribution to stakeholders.
• Help maintain and update dashboards, trackers, and reporting tools to monitor content performance, ad metrics, and platform engagement.
• Conduct competitive scans and basic industry research to identify trends across streaming, AVOD/FAST, and viewer behavior.
• Contribute to clear presentation materials and collaborate with cross-functional teams (data, product, BI, and research) to support testing, documentation, and day-to-day project coordination.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
Preferred Qualifications
• Master's degree in Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
• 1–2 years of experience in media, entertainment, digital platforms, consulting, or analytics-focused roles (internships included).
• Foundational proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau or similar BI platforms).
• Basic understanding of quantitative and qualitative research methods, with the ability to translate data into clear insights.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical rigor, and ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to contribute to clear, structured presentations.
• Interest in streaming, AVOD/FAST business models, and evolving digital media ecosystems.
