The Office of the President oversees all creative and business aspects of Development and Production for Sony Pictures Television Studios with such hits as, ''The Good Doctor,'' ''The Blacklist,'' ''The Goldbergs,'' ''Outlander'' and ''Sneaky Pete''. The President works closely with two Co-Presidents in shouldering the abundant responsibilities involved in managing hundreds of projects from the stage of initial pitches all the way through airing on the many platforms with which the Studio partners. The President's office must maintain close communication with the offices of the Co-Presidents and must also exercise good judgement and discretion in a high-volume, high-pressure environment. The position requires the ability to interact effectively with high-level internal and external executives and to appropriately represent the President at all times.
Responsibilities:
• Provide organizational and administrative support to the President and other execs as needed, anticipating needs of the executive(s) and always being two steps ahead
• Coordinate travel, visas, schedules and other travel logistics
• Generate travel and expense reports
• Schedule/Calendar/Phone management
• Create and maintain global contacts
• Invoice tracking & processing
• Create and update presentations, letters, and other forms of management reports and communications
• Manage calendar and activities (Setting meetings, Call list, etc.)
• Internet research
• Special projects as required
