Administrative Assistant II, Western Region Syndication Sales
Sony Pictures Television (SPT) distributes award winning content across multiple platforms. The Los Angeles Syndicated Sales team, located in historic Culver City, CA has an exciting opportunity to join this dynamic sales organization. The administrative assistant will focus on supporting the sales team with selling television programing to major broadcast groups and local television stations, building and maintaining strong customer relationships. This is a great opportunity for someone that is looking to be a part of a dynamic, evolving and well recognized selling team.
Responsibilities:
• Provide organizational and administrative support to SVP and AE
• Set up and maintain files and records which may contain confidential information for SVP, AE and Sales Team.
• Manage calendar and activities (setting meetings in multiple time zones, keeping call list, etc.)
• Travel/Meetings/Expenses
• Make travel arrangements as required
• Coordinate arrangements for executive meetings
• Process and track all expense reports for accuracy and payment
• Contract Administration
• Draft, distribute and track numerous contracts generated by the sales office
• Create and update presentations and other forms of management reports and communications
• Track Nielsen ratings and print daily and quarterly reports
• Manage program schedules and track time period discrepancies for 90 markets
• Coordinate with IT to troubleshoot any issues with hardware, software, cell phone and all applications.
• Order office supplies as necessary

• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint)
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Superb organizational and time management skills
• Proactive and thorough in approach
• Can work independently to achieve goals and has a positive attitude
• Able to multi-task and work well with others
• At ease in fast-paced, high energy environment with tight deadlines
• Demonstrate the ability to work with all levels of management
• Demonstrate professionalism and confidentiality
• 3-5 years administrative and organizational support for high level executive
• Education: B.A., B.S., or equivalent preferred
