Administrative Assistant II, Music, Business & Legal Affairs
We are searching for an Administrative Assistant II, Music, Business & Legal Affairs to support the VP Music Business Affairs. This position will play an integral role in managing day-to-day operations and administrative function for the VP, Legal and Assistant General Counsel. The new hire will manage calendars, screen calls and emails, handle reporting, review vendor agreements, and more.
• Provide organizational and administrative support to VP, Legal, and Asst. General Counsel
• Create and update presentations, reports, letters, and other forms of management reports and communications
• Screen calls and emails
• Manage calendar and activities (Setting meetings, Call list, etc.)
• Maintain knowledge database (info on specific companies or technologies) and electronic files
• Perform agreement redlining and legal form completion
• Review websites, games, applications, and other materials for basic legal review compliance
• Review incoming requests for vendor agreements, including Statements of Work and Master Services Agreement
• Review and revise sweepstakes rules
• Review creative materials for co-promotions, integrations, and custom content
• Contract Management and tracking, including preparing tracking reports
Skills

• Computer applications: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Lotus Notes, Internet savvy
Required Experience:
• 3-5 years administrative and organizational support for busy executive; prefer Law Office or Legal experience
• Experience working in a fast pace environment with tight deadlines
• Education: B.A., B.S., or equivalent preferred
