Administrative Assistant I, Home Entertainment Sales
Based in Bentonville, Arkansas, the role of the Administrative Assistant I role is a critical role to the success of Sony Pictures Home Entertainment remote executive leadership. They will have primary responsibility for a full range of administrative and office management duties including handling phone calls, calendaring and filing, meeting coordination, and correspondence. The ideal candidate will have amazing interpersonal and organizational skills with a service orientated attitude and team collaborator.
Key areas of responsibilities
Administrative and Office Management Responsibilities
• Use prescribed SPHE business tools to effectively manage and communicate internally.
• Handling phone calls
• Distributing and following-up on documents
• Scheduling and preparing for meetings and handling calendar
• Support local customer and internal meetings
• Managing document flow, including creating and maintaining files (electronic and hard copy)
• Handle all travel for two VP's
• Manage calendars
• Assist with building PowerPoint Presentations
• Processing expense reports
• Updating databases and lists
• Processing & tracking system payments
• Process invoices
• Maintain MDF budget tracker
• Manage office supply purchases
• Word processing (composing and generating letters, memos, etc.)
• Proof reading and editing
• Organize telecommunication needs
• Entering deal information from deal memos into data & rights tracking system
• Be a key partner across all functional teams
• Maintain good relationships with vendors
• Manage onboarding of new hires
• Other general administrative duties (processing mail, copying, etc.)
• Miscellaneous duties as required
• Various local travel for work related events. Possible home office (Los Angeles) business travel for training, as appropriate.

• At minimum, MS Office Suite, Power point and Excel proficiency
• Common sense, dependability, discretion and attention to detail are required
Years of Experience and Education:
• BA/BS preferred but not required
• 3 - 5 years' experience as an administrative assistant
