Administrative Assistant II – Comedy Development Team

Job Description
Sony Pictures Television Studios (SPTS) is one of the industry’s leading content providers, producing over 50 shows annually, including Platonic, Cobra Kai, The Boys, The Good Doctor, and Outlander. As part of the Comedy Development Team, the Administrative Assistant II will provide critical support to an SVP and a Manager, ensuring smooth daily operations.
Responsibilities
• Provide organizational and administrative support, anticipating executives' needs
• Manage calendars, schedules, phone calls, and call lists
• Read and summarize scripts, dailies, and development meeting notes
• Coordinate travel logistics, visas, and expense reports
• Maintain and track global contacts and invoices
• Create and update presentations, letters, and reports
• Conduct internet research
• Handle special projects as assigned

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
