Account Service Manager
Proposed Role: PlayStation Campaign & Project Manager
The Account Services Manager will work closely with the Sales, PYM and Ad Solutions teams by helping support PlayStation's advertising businesses across the PlayStation Store and by also helping Crackle. The individual will be part of a white-glove customer service experience, creating world-class account services and post-sales touch points to provide visibility throughout the duration of live campaigns. The Account Services Manager will execute media plans and monitor delivery throughout the duration of the campaign.
This position requires creative thinking and factual analysis, as well as solution-oriented thinking to help deliver campaigns. It is essential that this individual be organized, detail-oriented and knowledge in digital media systems and tools, as well as opportunities and limitations. The ability to calmly and effectively juggle multiple projects at any given time is essential for success in this role.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Campaign Management Functions – Post-Sales :
- Own the PlayStation Ad Buy List and track pitched & booked advertisers within the various PS advertising opportunities; communicate with Account Services on opportunity availability
- Run weekly Ad Buy List call with PlayStation team to ensure everyone is aware of upcoming campaigns
- Collect digital assets from agencies in the appropriate formats and share with Ad Tech and PlayStation teams for their assistance in launch
- Provide launch confirmation and screenshots of live campaigns
- Monitor and analyze accounts on a daily and weekly basis in order to ensure delivery and pacing towards delivery of the campaigns
- Participate in weekly meetings or communication with Sales team to keep them aware of campaign launch and delivery
- Work with Ad Tech to problem solve and troubleshoot any campaigns
- Receive weekly campaign delivery reports from PlayStation and Crackle teams to gauge individual placement delivery
- Incorporate make-good inventory in the event that campaign under-delivers and make-good is approved by management
- Utilize FreeWheel to traffic PlayStation Vue and Crackle orders
- Own asset management for PlayStation Vue orders – liaise between agencies & other key stakeholders for creative assets
Project Management Functions
- Help to manage launch & continued monetization of PlayStation Vue – coordinate between SPT teams and various stakeholders across vendors & networks
- Participate in PlayStation ad serving conversations & project kick-off
- Participate in PlayStation Now FreeWheel implementation discussions
- BA or BS degree
- 3-5 years' experience in combination of media planning and/or campaign management
- Knowledge of media math
- Experience with digital advertising platforms preferred – FreeWheel preferred and DoubleClick, Mediavisor, Atlas, Prisma & others
- Highly organized and detail-oriented; ability to multi-task and manage ongoing projects
- Comfortable and collected in a fast-paced, high pressure workplace with a changing environment and quick turnarounds
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills; comfortable with client-facing responsibilities
