Specialist, Digital Marketing / Essential Worship

This is a Full Time Job

As a Specialist, Digital Marketing, you will play a key role in supporting the team to help our artists deliver music to their fans. Your role would use data and analysis to contribute to digital marketing strategy development; help implement strategy that will achieve business revenue goals and expand the discovery and consumption of Essential Worship songs and catalog as well as expanded awareness of the overall Essential Worship brand. Position requires interaction with members of senior management and other high-level internal and external contacts.

What you'll do:
• Identify appropriate digital channels for maximum exposure of Essential Worship songs and catalog to worship leaders, teams, and influencer
• Contribute to marketing campaign ideas with a focus on where to position song, catalog and branded content
• Monitor and evaluate strategy on a consistent basis to ensure plans and objectives are met, expected results are achieved, and guidelines and policies are observed
• In conjunction with Marketing Manager, maintain content and create SEO and link-building campaigns to increase website credibility and drive traffic

Who you are:
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
• Competency in deriving insight and action through data analytics, specifically in the digital space
• Experience in music, lifestyle, entertainment, fashion or other creative industry desired
• Relevant education and/or comparable experience in online analytics or related field
• A keen interest in latest innovations in the digital space and ability to translate latest trends into action
• Adobe Creative Cloud experience preferred
• Spanish language knowledge a plus
